[m2e-wtp-dev] Referenced projects not deployed?

Hello, I am facing a problem while deploying to tomcat from eclipse luna m2e-wtp project, a referenced maven project (workspace resolved) does not get published on the server, causing ClassNotFoundException for all referenced project classes.

Anyone noticed or I am the only one facing this?

I've never had that kind of problem with tomcat in recent years. Do you
have a fancy setup (using overlays, resource filtering...) Could you
provide a sample project reproducing the issue?
