[m2e-wtp-dev] Cant install m2e-wtp in kepler

Hi,
I am a newbie to eclipse and i'm unable to install m2e wtp for kepler.
Please find attached, the screen shot for error message
How can I solve this or is there any alternate path to do so?

Sorry for the late reply, your mail slipped through the cracks.

The p2 site is accessible now, I guess you must have experienced an
eclipse.org outage of some sort a few days ago.
